How do I return an item purchased on Zee Shopping?

You can conveniently seek a replacement or refund if youve received an item in a Damaged, Defective or Not as Described state without ever having to call Customer Service. Its simple, log in and create a return request online. Place an online return request for a replacement/refund:

Note:Please ensure that product is in unused and original condition. Include all price tags, labels, original packing and invoice along with the product.

- Returns and all replacements/pickups are done free of cost.

- Number of days within which return can be initiated varies for each seller. You must create a return request within the specified period.

- We support Replacement across categories/sellers in case of damaged item.

- In case of Refund, the entire amount paid by you including shipping and gift wrapping charges are transferred to your account

- While we pick up originally delivered item from most customer locations, there are certain areas where a pickup cannot be arranged. In such a case, you can ship the product through any other courier. You will be reimbursed the shipping charges against the original receipt.

- Replacement is subject to availability of stock with the Seller. In case a Replacement is not available, Seller will refund the amount for the same.

Returns are subject to the Sellers return policy. Returns are covered by the 30 Day Replacement Guarantee for seller WS Retail, 30 Day Replacement Guarantee for all other sellers for Fashion and Books categories, and 10 Day Replacement Guarantee for all other sellers.
